    The Cambodian family said life is terrible and with no rice left to eat they were fed rice husks. Executions are becoming frequent again, often because of a lack of food.     The US releases 360 tons of rice that was to be airlifted into Cambodia before it fell to the Khmer Rouge. After overcoming opposition of the Thai government, which wanted to sell their own surplus rice to relief organizations, it will be distributed to refugees in Thailand. @SaigonYork @NATO I don’t know for sure.
