Speaking at the @UN General Assembly, Khmer Rouge FM Ieng Sary says the situation in Cambodia is “excellent”. He says only Cambodians can judge the KR and they judged that this regime “is a good and fair one” & therefore “support it with great determination”. “Vietnam has been fighting a defensive war.
