Thailand’s new policy on Cambodian refugees is to try to push them back, failing which to disarm soldiers or fight those who won’t disarm. Divided in 1. Khmer Rouge soldiers, 2. KR officials & 3. villagers, they will be put in new camps for eventual resettlement
