Citing western analysts, @AP reports that China installed radar-controlled anti-aircraft guns in PhnomPenh and supplied 130-millimeter long-range howitzers and T-59 & T-60 tanks to Cambodia. Chinese technicians also train the Khmer Rouge airforce and navy.
