James William Clark and Lance McNamara aboard the yacht Mary K are captured by the Khmer Rouge 32 kilometres off Poulo Wai Island and brought to S-21. They wanted to smuggle Marihuana from Thailand back to the United States.

The Cambodia Tribunal in Oslo concludes 3 days of hearing on the human rights situation in Cambodia with testimonies by refugees & scholars. The Tribunal, organized by MPs from all🇳🇴 parties, wants to send the resulting documents to the UN Human Rights Commission.
