A Khmer Rouge cadre reports to Pol Pot:
1. Guerrilla attacks by In Tam’s forces, encouraged by🇹🇭, are averted continuously at the Thai border.
2. The Lao border is clam. Laotians are allowed to fish in exchange for information on Vietnamese infiltrators.
