Jan.22, 1978: Concluding their 2-week visit,🇸🇪🇩🇰🇫🇮 ambassadors return from Cambodia. In PhnomPenh only main streets are open. It resembles a “ghost city”, not having the claimed 20,000 inhabitants. People are brought to the city for the day taken out in the evening.
