July 21, 1977: KE Kim Huot, the former Secretary of Sector 7 of the Northwest Zone is tortured at Tuol Sleng (S-21).

Khmer Rouge Interrogators electrocuted him and forced him to eat three spoonfuls of excrement, at which point he became delirious and later confessed.
