Vietnam recaptures the Thổ Chu Islands (bottom of map) which the Khmer Rouge invaded on May 10. The maritime borders were defined by the Brevié line, arbitrarily drawn at 140 degrees toward the Gulf of Thailand in 1939. It let to many conflicts between Cambodia and Vietnam. https://t.co/QFPgVbsBwf
