Khmer Rouge Deputy PM Ieng Sary arrives in Bangkok on a Boeing 707, supplied by China, to discuss the resumption of diplomatic relations and to regularize trade between Cambodia and Thailand. In Sary’s entourage is also Lu Tzu‐po, the new Chinese chargé d’affaires for Thailand
