DUCH,Head of S-21, sends the confession of Hak Seang Lay, a former student in the Soviet Union, of being a KGB spy to his superior, Son Sen. While Duch sees a “progression”, Son says “He hasn’t confessed all things. He still implicates others for partial amnesty”.
