As border talks resume, the Khmer Rouge blame Thai incursions for the conflict & deny responsibility for planting landmines in Ban Pa Rai, blaming the “Free Khmer” instead. Meanwhile KR soldiers fire at a helicopter searching a Thai villager taken hostage.
