Nuon Chea’s 1st period as Acting Prime Minister since 27.9 was de facto interrupted with Pol Pot signing a congratulatory message (as Prime Minister) to CCP chairman Hua Kuo-Feng. However no official notification was made that the interim of Nuon Chea as Prime Minister had ended.
