Khmer Rouge Deputy PMs Khieu Samphan, Ieng Sary and his wife Ieng Thirith receive a Laotian delegation in PhnomPenh. A joint communiqué says Cambodia and Laos would respect each other’s independence and territorial sovereignty on the basis of present borders.
