@AFP reports that the Vietnamese army are now less than 50km south of PhnomPenh and controls two-thirds of the provinces of Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondolkiri, Kompong Cham, Prey Vieng, Svay Rieng, Kandal and Takeo. It also advanced towards Kratie.
