Cambodia promises no aggression, expansion or annexation, says Khmer Rouge FM Ieng Sary at @UN GA, “not even for a single square inch of land”. He claims every Cambodian receives 312kg of rice in 1977 and says illiteracy has been reduced to 10% of the population.
