Sihanouk also pledged support to the struggle of the “fraternal” Palestinians and stressed that Cambodia sincerly serves world peace. Chinese Vice Premier Deng Xiaoping meanwhile highlighted the importance of Sihanouk’s return for building a truly democratic Cambodia.
At a banquet for Chinese leaders in Beijing, Prince Sihanouk declares that Cambodia fervently wishes the prompt return of Taiwan to the “bosom of her motherland, the People’s Republic of China” and demands that @UN and the US cease their military occupation of SouthKorea.
