The Vietnamese army is facing serious resistance from guerrilla Khmer Rouge units, which also “punished” Cambodians who collaborated with 🇻🇳, reports @nytimes. Fear of revenge is believed to be inhibiting the growth of widespread popular support for the Vietnamese.
